Christan Leonard is a Los Angeles-based producer, writer and director. She currently works as a line producer at Paramount’s TV marketing group where she primarily oversees complex marketing shoots featuring stills, motion, and behind-the-scenes interviews. When time allows, she also lends her hand as a producer and assistant director on indie projects made by women and queer filmmakers.
She is a recipient of the Blcklist/Women in Film Episodic Writing Fellowship and winner of the Austin Film Pitch Competition. She has written and directed for the award-winning web series NORTHERN BELLES and is a writer and director for the musical parody show PUCK BUNNIES, which has done sold out shows at the Elysian Theater, Dynasty Typewriter, and is heading to Edinburgh Fringe in August 2026.
Her writing and directing work has been shown at the Independent Television Festival, Tacoma Film Festival and Toronoto Sketchfest. She has also performed at San Francisco Sketchfest, Montreal Sketchfest, and the Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival.
